Paul was extremely helpful and informative during our consultation call and even offered to come take a look and evaluate certain areas at our house before testing as a courtesy, he was extremely knowledgeable, and advised us how to address the situation appropriately, and was honest if we needed official services of not. He covered his shoes while doing his work. He used advance technology to determine moisture in my attic. He gave me a fair estimate and recommendations.
